A land title or survey document can describe a lot through a sequence of lines. Each line has a direction and a distance. Reading the list alone can make it hard to picture the parcel. Plotting those lines turns the description into a shape you can inspect.
Parcel Plotter is for landowners and property buyers who want a clearer first look at that shape. It can help you notice questions about the source description before speaking with the people who can verify the property.
A simple way to start
Keep the title or approved plan beside you. Enter the lines in the order shown, check each bearing and distance against the source, then inspect the plotted result. If a line looks unexpected, return to the document and check the entry rather than assuming the picture is correct.
The plot is a reading aid. It does not tell you whether the title is valid, whether the lot is free of disputes, or where a boundary lies on the ground.
